We need experienced trainers with experience in online training for groups and one to one to start immediately as we have waiting lists. The position involves: • Leader zoom education sessions • standardised training modules • training our clients and mentors • leading digital education presentations and modules • video, website and Zoom presentations Experience in health education or adult education programs and an understanding of the health field is an advantage. This is a new primary care health promotion program for patients attending South Australian General Practices. People have different learning styles and cognitive issues which need to be incorporated. The health education training modules are part of chronic disease care plans for people living with ME/CFS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and associated conditions. Experience in the delivery of Cert 3 & Cert 4 Modules or Chronic Disease Management Programs is welcomed. While the position is voluntary, we are seeking funding to better support our trainers and patients.
Requirements: Willing to work within our agency culture. Available to learn and deliver the programs, via zoom estimate 1 day per week and 3 x 1hour zoom sessions. Understand confidentiality. Willing to work as part of a team and keep records and evaluations.
